I am NOT a gym but a Friendly & Welcoming Group Fitness & Personal Trainer that enjoys working out and helping others do the same.

Then this is the place for you! I run a fun & exciting environment that offers a variety of Group Fitness Classes to suit all your needs. I would LOVE for you to be apart of my GF TEAM! If you are fit, healthy and enjoy variety all you need is 30-45 minutes a few times a week (depending on your existing exercise routines) and you will notice the results.
I offer a variety of Group Fitness classes to suit everyone from Strength Training, Balance, Core, HIIT, Circuit, Older Adults & Younger Adults including kids & at the end of the day enjoy our Relaxation Yoga & Meditation Classes.
Personal Training Classes also available upon request.
