It’s not about being perfect, but really about developing the consistency and habits of being a successful, confident person. It’s about becoming a better version of you and constantly improving your thought process.

Claudia's classes are always a fun, dynamic (yet tough!) workout. There's always something different in her repertoire of classes as she challenges everyone to workout to the best of their ability. The reminders and tips of what muscle groups we should be using help to make sure we are using the correct technique. Claudia selects music that's suited for her differing classes, I enjoy keeping up to the beat of the music.

I have been trained by Claudia at Parc Frankston at the Aqua class for 2 years now and love her enthusiasm and attention to doing a different type of class each week. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Claudia is a lovely instructor who listens and motivates.

Claudia is my instructor of water aerobics at "Time for a swim" in Noble Park . She is very professional and everybody enjoys her classes. I also attend Claudia 's weekly Nidra meditation yoga session in Aspendale. I strongly recommend her as I enjoy both classes and feel invigorated after the water aerobic classes and very relaxed after the Nidra yoga meditation.

She will push you to your limit in every class which I absolutely love. Highly recommend anyone who hasn't been to Claudia’s Metafit and Gymstick to go try it out, you won't regret it!

I have had the pleasure of Claudia being my boxing & HIIT instructor. It has been 3 months and I have never missed a single class of hers!!! She is an absolutely phenomenal trainer who knows her stuff and encourages you to push yourself to the best of your ability. I also really appreciate the tips she shares throughout the class to make sure our techniques are correct, so we are not only working harder but also smarter. Just did chair yoga with Claudia.It was great.Certainly feel it in my muscles,more so than in the pool.Good to have the chair.

During the lock down it was s godsend having Claudia's classes to do at home.
