What makes our Aqua strength programming unique is that we are not just taking land based exercises and putting them in the water, which a lot of aquatic programs out there tend to do. Our bodies tend to function so much differently in the water than they do on land because of the waters properties of buoyancy, viscosity, drag, density and pressure, meaning it is crucial to follow exercise programs designed especially for the water.

Water is 800 times more supportive than air, but can be up to 15 times more resistant, giving you the best of both worlds. Water functions in three dimensions which is how we move day to day and when performing sports specific activities. The water does not discriminate. It is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
